Community Guidelines
Last updated: September 2026
1. What these rules cover
These Community Guidelines supplement the TSTE terms of use. They apply to every feature where you interact with other users: mainly meetups (shared meals at a restaurant), but also Dining Groups and friends.
2. How we treat each other
Be respectful and honest. Not allowed:
- insults, discrimination, harassment, or threats
- sexual, violent, or otherwise unlawful content
- spam, advertising, and sales offers
- phone numbers, addresses, or other personal data (yours or anyone else's) in the description and meeting hint
- meetups you do not intend to attend, or knowingly false information
3. Meetups only at public places
The meeting point of a meetup is always the restaurant of the chosen mission, that is, a public place. Do not arrange to meet at private addresses and do not invite anyone to your home. Our recommendation: tell someone where you are going, travel to and from the meal on your own, and leave if something feels wrong.
4. Reporting and blocking
In every meetup you will find "Report" and "Block host" in the menu. You can report, for example, inappropriate text, spam, no-shows, or feeling unsafe. We do not disclose who reported. After three reports a meetup is hidden automatically; we also review reported meetups ourselves. You no longer see blocked hosts and their meetups, and they cannot join your meetups.
5. Moderation and removal
We may hide or remove meetups and content that violate these rules. For serious or repeated violations we may restrict access to the social features or suspend the account, without prior notice if necessary. If you believe a decision is wrong, write to us at info@tste.app.
6. No liability for meetings
Meetups are arrangements between users. TSTE does not organise the meetings, is not a party to the meal at the restaurant, and checks neither participants nor their statements. Everyone pays their own bill. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for how a meeting goes or for the conduct of other users. Our liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, remains unaffected.
